It All Started With This... The Great DPWH Photoshop Meme
Just after typhoon "Pedring" (international codename: Nesat) ravaged the country, the Department of Public Works and Highways "FLOATING PHOTO," rocked the cyberspace when an over-eager employee of the said government agency posted an edited image of its officials inspecting the destruction left behind by "Pedring" last September 28, 2011. The Photoshop disaster has recently become the new meme of the cyber community.
